Here at the Atlanta Toulouse Sister City Committee, we love French food! You’ll see that many of our past and upcoming events are and will be accompanied by a luncheon at local French restaurants in Atlanta. We’re lucky to have great French cuisine in Atlanta, and some of the best French food in the South. In this post, we’re going to list our five favorite French restaurants in Atlanta; you’ll probably notice that we choose these, time and time again!
French Cuisine in Atlanta Is a Result of Our Shared Cultures
One of the reasons we have some of the most authentic, best french food here in Atlanta is because of our sister city relationship with Toulouse, France. The Atlanta Toulouse Sister City Committee has been facilitating this cultural boon since December 17, 1974, when Atlanta and Toulouse officially became sister cities. Since then, our exchange of culture, students, and citizens has introduced that “je ne sais quoi” that has given us more and more cultural diversity here in Atlanta.
