On April 1 we will travel north to Rome, Georgia, to visit historic Oak Hill and the Martha Berry Museum. Oak Hill is the 1880s Greek Revival mansion of Martha Berry, the founder of Berry College. Formal gardens were added to the estate in the 1930s. We will meet there at 11:30am, watch orientation film, and begin the tour at noon. Lunch afterwards in historic downtown Rome.
